Pre-Priced Home Plans

Recognizing that not everyone has the time or inclination to proceed through the full cycle of decision making required in custom home design and construction: Bellamy Homes has prepared a number of home plans and priced them based on a specific selection of materials and finishes.

We do this to give you an accurate estimate of what such a home would cost to build. As a chef might say: “just add land”, and you will have a very good idea of the cost of your new dream home.
We have developed these particular home plans from the input we have received and experience we have had with recent clients. We are continually updating the pricing and can therefore only honor prices over a 3 month period.

In order to better assist our clients in visualizing home plans: we have recently built a Model Home based upon our Rosedale plan. This home is open for viewing by appointment only.
