At the Edge of the City

Strategically situated at literally the edge of the City Limits of Kelowna is where you can discover WTE. From Highway #97 turn onto Old Vernon Road. From there turn on Anderson Rd and within 1 KM you are home.

From WTE you are within a 3 wood of Sunset Ranch Golf course; 5-10 minutes by car to Costco & Orchard Park Mall, the UBCO campus, and Kelowna International Airport. Spend another 5 or so minutes along Highway #97 and you are downtown and at the lake.

Each of the WTE home sites is large enough that you will experience both glorious sunrises and inspirational sunsets and views of Duck lake from your property.

You will only ever have at most 5 neighbors, and each of them will be estate home owners like yourself.
